Step 1 : First install the Firefox timer Tracking plugin from Here...
Step 2 : After you install the plugin a little timer will appear in the lower right-hand corner of your Firefox browser.When You right click on the timer you will get a reset option which will reset the timer and an option that will take you to the other option page..

from the above option page you can select the type of tracking, or exclude some site on which you do not want to track the time and you can even track your idle time also...........
