Make Your Own Virus and Scare your friends ..!

I got a nice tutorial in Helpero with which you can scare your friend or make a joke with them to show that their computer is infected with Virus, Its really a very simple process, just follow the stapes :
1) Create a shortcut in desktop : Right click on the desktop and go to New -> Create Shortcut.

2) A window will appear where you will asked to type the location of the item : here you put this code : shutdown -s -t 60 -c "Virus Detected Computer is shutting down."
(here Instead of the 60 you can put any number, actually it is the time in second after which the computer will shut down by itself showing a pop-up window that "Virus Detected Computer is shutting down.")

3) Now click next and then it will ask you for the name of the shortcut, here you put any name, for example give it internet explorer, mozilla firefox or anything you like.

Now it is almost done you will get a shortcut icon on the desk top and now change the icon (hope you all know how change icon, if not then check it here), suppose you name it as internet explorer then change it with an internet explorer icon and delete the original internet explorer icon from the desk top, thats it when any one click on it to open the IE then computer will shut down itself showing the message. Like This picture along side...!

Isn't it a funny tricks? now if you click on the icon and you want to stop the computer from shutting down then just Start->Run and type shutdown -a, and press Enter. this is the only way of preventing it. Enjoy and Have fun !

Use Mouse to Alt+Tab with PowerPro...!

A Digit Forum guy named "Chesss" has posted a cool tutorial in which we can switch between windows (which we generally do by pressing alt+tab button) with the mouse itself without having to repeatly click on the taskbar.
wow i liked the technique and here it is for every one..!
It can be done with this little free application called PowerPro, first Download the application and install it, remember it is a free version but a Powerful application which lets you take control of how you use Windows 95/98/NT/2000/XP. Run commands and configure your system any way you want...

After installation is complete it will automatically opens for the first time otherwise open pproconf.exe from the installed folder and go to Gui tab and come to the button and click on 'none' and selct any mousebutton from the dropdown to do the switching. Click ok and we r done! Now to use the process what you have to do is Just hold the left (or middle/right, according to what you mentioned in setting) mouse button and rotate the mouse wheel , leave left mouse button to switch...
Holding mousebutton down acts like holding alt down and rotating mousewheel emulates pressing tab.

Surely every one will love this process and according to "Chesss", he said that he is totally addicted to this for over a year, but i am addicted to this in one Week....!

Background Wallpaper Inside Your Hard Disk Drive.

You must be getting very surprised to hear that You can setup any image of your choice inside your drives i mean in your disk partition, or even you can change the icon of your drives with any icon from your computer.
just take a look of this image it is of my 'E' drive or my Local Disk (E:)


Do not think that I had used any kind of software or any third party application that might slow down your PC, just select the image that you want to use as your drive background wallpaper and you are done thats all.
you can set different image in your different disk partition..

Here is your two simple step to set up a background wallpaper inside your hard disk drive.

Step:1

Download this file from any of the following link, it is just 1.3 mb

Step: 2

Follow the three sub-step.
1. Extract the .rar file you will get a folder named "normal".
2. Open the folder and copy everything that is inside the folder and paste it in your disk drive.
3. Now just open the folder named 'autorun' (i.e one of the folder that you paste inside your drive) and replace the image named '123' with any image of your choice and give the name of that image as '123'.
just restart the PC and you are done.
When the pc start then you can see your image inside your drive.
To make it more better just make those three file and that folder named 'autorun' as hidden,
so that it cannot be seen ...

After doing this now you can change the icon of that particular drive, just chose any icon from your hard disk and paste it inside that drive and name it as 'abc.ico'

Maximize your downloading speed from Utorrent

People think that it is difficult to download file from torrent, I also had the same thought initially when I got my internet, but it is also true that if you want better quality then you need to share file from torrent.
There are many torrent client are available , but I personally use and also suggest others to use Utorrent to download torrent file. Initially I had to face a lot of problem in downloading torrent file, then I got a tweak or you can call it a perfect setting for Utorrent..

Here is the detail of the tutorial...

Step 1 : Open Utorrent then go to Options>Preferences>Network

1. Under ‘Port used for incomming connections‘ enter any port number. It is best to use a port number above 10000. I use 45682.

2. Randomize port each time ?torrent starts: UNCHECKED
leave this unchecked because if u have router. If you do not have a router or a firewall, and want extra security,check this option.

3. Enable UPnP port mapping (Windows Xp or later only): UNCHECKED
leave this unchecked because I have experienced it slowing down speeds. It is not needed if you manually port forward.

4. Add ?torrent to Windows Firewall exceptions (Windows XP SP2 or later only): UNCHECKED (do this only if you have windows firewall disabled)

5. Global Maximum upload rate (kb/s): [0: unlimited]: 22 (for 256k connection)

6. Protocol Encryption: ENABLED
I would recommend everyone to enable this. This can help increase speeds with many ISPs.

7. Allow incoming Legacy Connections: Checked.

Step 2 : Options>Preferences>Torrents

1. Global Maximum Number of Connections: 130 (for 256k connection)
This number should not be set too low or the number of connections made to your torrents will be limited. Setting it too high may cause too much bandwidth to be used and can cause slowdowns.
2. Maximum Number of connected peers per torrent: 70 (for 256k connection)
If you see that the peers connected to a specific torrent are exactly this number, or very close, increase this number to improve speeds.
3. Number of upload slots per torrent: 3 (for 256k connection)
This depends on how much you want to upload to other users. Do not set too low or it may affect download speeds.

4. Use additional upload slots if upload speed <90%:>Maximum number of active torrents: 2 (for 256k connection)
6. Maximum number of active downloads: 1 (for 256k connection)
7. Enable DHT Network: CHECKED, This is recommended to be checked to improve speeds. More people will be available for sharing if this is checked.
8. Enable DHT for new torrents: CHECKED
9. Enable Peer Exchange: CHECKED
10. Enable scrapping: CHECKED
11. Pre-allocate all files: CHECKED
12. Append .!ut to incomplete files: UNCHECKED

Step 3 : Options>Preferences>Advanced.

If you use Windows XP SP2, patch tcpip.sys with LvlLord’s Event ID 4226 Patcher to get better performance.

net.max_halfopen: 50

DO NOT CHANGE THIS OPTION unless you have Windows XP SP2 and have patched tcpip.sys.
You can also patch tcpip.sys with xp-Antispy

If you have a firewall…
Open up the options/preferences/settings for the firewall - usually your firewall will have an icon to click in the taskbar
Look for the keywords “allow list” or “programs”
Add the application you want to give access to the internet
Make sure to save your settings when you are done

If you have a router…
Go to start>run>type cmd, press enter>type ipconfig, press enter
Remember both your ip address and your default gateway
Type in your default gateway into your default browser, a password prompt may come up. The default username and password are admin for my router
Under ‘Applications’ fill out one line for each p2p client you use
You need to use your ip address, the correct port range and set either tcp or udp
You can find and change the ports in the actual p2p client’s settings, just make sure they are the same in the router
Most p2p apps need both tcp and udp checked, if you are not sure check your p2p client’s FAQ
Save your settings

Check PortForward.com to forward ports for uTorrent.
